The Compaq iPAQ 3650 was a Pocket PC released in 2000 featuring a color touchscreen, 64MB of RAM, and running Windows CE 3. Powered by a 206MHz Intel StrongARM SA-1110 processor, the 3650 supported CompactFlash expansion or a dual PC card expansion via an optional jacket allowing users to add storage or accessories like WiFi. This pictured example has a dual PC card expansion jacket. The Compaq iPAQ was the predecessor to the HP iPAQ line of Pocket PCs after HP's $25 billion merger with Compaq.
