Dell Axim X5 Advanced

The Dell Axim X5 was Dell's first entry in the Pocket PC market and the first to be priced under $300. The base model was priced at $279 with 32GB of RAM and a 300MHz processor. The advanced model was priced at $349 with 64GB of RAM and a 400MHz processor. The processor was an Intel PXA255 running Microsoft Pocket PC 2002 OS that was built on Windows CE 3. It has a SD card slot and a Compact Flash (CF) expansion slot that could be used to attach a WiFi card.
