Texas Instruments TI-2400 Phone Bank

1988

The Texas Instruments TI-2400 Phone Bank, introduced in 1988, was a compact electronic organizer designed to store up to 150 names, phone numbers, and anniversary dates. It featured a small LCD display, a calculator mode, and 2.85KB of RAM, allowing users to keep essential contact information handy. Internally, it was powered by a Toshiba T9752 microcontroller and an 8-bit system, similar to other TI organizers of the era. The TI-2400 was part of a broader lineup of TI personal organizers, including the TI-2600 Personal Banker and TI-3100 Pocket Dialer.
