The Emerson BM-206 is one of a few Emerson models that used this cabinet design and some came with a carrying handle on top. The radio circuitry is a fairly simple Tuned Radio Frequency (TRF) implementation that works well. This model was originally available in walnut bakelite for $9.95 or ivory plaskon for $12.95.
