The entire car was reupholstered with new material for seats, carpet, headliner and door panels. Fabric and upholstery materials were purchased from Albright Supply. I documented the process of reupholstering the seats in the following timelapse video.

The seat material is Bedford cloth like the factory original. Door panel fabric also match the seat color. I believe the factory original carpet colors were also a similar shade of tan, but I opted for chocolate brown loop carpet.

The headliner has steel bows that attach to the fabric through a continuous loop sewed on. The entire perimenter of the headliner attach to the body via staples. The front and back staples are hidden by the window trim and panels. The side edges are covered by a second "windlace" that is called "wire on welting" that has a thin 20-22 gauge zig-zag wire sewed into the flap end of the windlace. This flap end with the wire is stapled to the body where the edge of the headliner ends and then the welting is bent upward to hide the staples.
