| Notes | Imported to USA via San Francisco. David Maxwell replaced engine in ~2000 with a Chevy 4.3L V6 mated to 5 speed manual transmission. Original engine had mechanical failure - rocker roller broke and main crank bearings failed. Original owner James Flaherty bought car new in San Francisco in 1965 where Rover dealer was located. He passed in 1989 and David Maxwell was grandson who inherited car. California plate "DAH 376" was original to car. |
